Ready Roos provides childcare services in Cranberry Township with an emphasis on school readiness. Features early learning as the key objective during the program each day with a mix of activities focused on the health and wellbeing of each child as well as their foundational educational needs.

Educator Assistant

As an Educator Assistant at Ready Roos, you'll be an integral part of our educational team, implementing our curriculum and fostering a nurturing environment for children. You'll be working alongside classroom Educators, who you will assist with developmentally appropriate lessons and activities, ensuring that each child feels loved and supported.

 

Through the use of positive language and reinforcement, you'll guide children's growth, and establishing a relationship with parents. You'll attend regular center meetings, you'll stay informed about our policies and regulations and that you assist with creating a safe and engaging environment for the children in your care.

Qualifications:

  • Patience & understanding

  • High School diploma

  • Associates degree preferred

  • Minimum verifiable 1 - 2 years of experience working with children

  • Clean background check and medical clearance

  • Reliable transportation
