As an Educator at Ready Roos, you'll be an integral part of our educational team, implementing our curriculum and fostering a nurturing environment for children. You'll build strong relationships with parents, provide them with regular updates and deliver exceptional customer service. You'll be responsible for your classroom, implementing developmentally appropriate lessons and activities and ensuring that each child feels the love and support provided by Ready Roos.

Through the use of positive language and reinforcement, you'll guide children's growth, while maintaining effective communication with parents in line with Ready Roos policy and procedures. You'll attend regular center meetings, you'll stay informed about our policies and regulations and remain in and ensure compliance with same while creating a safe and engaging environment for the children in your care.

Qualifications:

High School diploma or Associate Degree (will be considered)

Bachelors Degree in Early Childhood Education, Teaching or similar
-
In-center childcare teaching experience 2+ years preferred
-
General teaching experience will be considered

Clean background check and medical clearance

Reliable transportation
