Dear Parents,

 

We're reaching out to inform you of procedural activities required by both the PA Department of Human Services (DHS) and internally within Ready Roos.

 

Firstly, DHS requires that the agreement between you and Ready Roos is reviewed every 6 months. The contract between you and Ready Roos is made for the entire academic year; the review is an opportunity for enrolled families to update any information that may have changed, such as authorized pickups, emergency contacts, phone numbers or addresses etc. The contractual agreement itself is renewed at the end/start of each academic year. 

 

The review also provides families with the opportunity to ensure that families are aware of updates or changes that may have been incorporated in our operating terms and conditions since initial enrollment. 

 

As families have joined us at different times during the 2023-2024 academy year, we wish to provide the agreement at the start of April 2024 to ensure we respect the enrollment timings of our first customers. After the initial provision of the agreement in April, we will align provision of the agreement for review each January and July.

 

Please note, the review of the agreement is to ensure information pertinent to your family enrollment remains current. Withdrawal of a child or children is outside the scope of this agreement review and is, at all times, governed by Section 4.3.6 in the enrollment agreement.

 

The enrollment agreement now contains a page labelled "Agreement Amendment History". The table on this page indicates changes made to the agreement since your initial enrollment.

 

Secondly, you will receive a document asking about your enrollment commitment for the upcoming Academy year, September 2024 - August 2025. This document allows you to indicate any adjustments to your enrollment preferences, such as changing the number of days of care, ongoing care etc., or taking into account any promotional offers we may provide. 

 

Where signatures are required, they will be requested of you electronically through our DocuSign software.
